As a 4th 5th year medical student (aka intern), Ive definitely started to feel the pressure to learn something useful before I’m sent out into now that I am in the cruel, cruel real world. Clearly with too much time on my hands, and feeling left out of the blogosphere – Ive put my nerdly inclinations to work by blogging.

Articles are selected that I feel are most likely to change or affect clinical practice -with a bias towards primary care. (basically the ones that dont bore me)
